With expertise ranging from Oncology to Angiography, Marci has ample experience offering patient centered-care to a diverse patient population. As a self-proclaimed patient-advocate, Marci is constantly striving to improve healthcare processes to facilitate enhanced care and optimal healing outcomes.

During the COVID-19 pandemic Marci began to notice several corporate issues that brought to light substandard care. As a passionate professional dedicated to upholding superior care standards, Marci decided to begin her own business, Rise & Thrive Mobile IV, and has not looked back!

Through Rise & Thrive Mobile IV Marci and her Medical Director aim to provide superior care that contributes to the collective wellness of her community and the individuals in it.

Meet David Traul, M.D. 

Medical Director for Rise and Thrive Mobile IV, LLCA native of Wisconsin, Dr. Traul received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and his medical degree from Medical College of Wisconsin. He completed his general surgery residency and Surgical Research Fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed an additional Vascular Surgery Fellowship at Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Ohio. Dr. Traul is board-certified in both General Surgery and Vascular Surgery. His surgical practice includes Bariatric Surgery.Dr Traul has always had a passion for complimentary and longevity medicine. His interest is in combining the best of conventional medicine, with advances in cellular biology to deliver innovative approaches to address core issues that deteriorate health and advanced aging.Dr. Traul is available for telehealth consultation by appointment.

How long does IV hydration therapy take?

On average, you can expect the process to take between 45-60 minutes, but this depends on the time it takes to get through the intake process, consents, and drip selection.

Depending on your symptoms and/or requests, your nurses may provide add-on boosters to your drip which may make the process longer. In general, your treatment shouldn’t last longer than 60 minutes.

How long do the benefits of IV hydration therapy last?

While everyone has a different experience, most individuals say that the effects of their IV drip last for three to four days. There are a number of factors that play a role in how long the results of your treatment will last, mainly your age, metabolism, biology, eating habits, lifestyle, and overall wellness.

Who can receive IV hydration therapy?

Most individuals are eligible to receive IV hydration therapy. As a rule you must be 16 years of age or older with a minimum weight of 100lbs.

What are the side effects of IV hydration therapy?

While side effects are minimal and infrequent, the most commonly reported side effects of IV hydration therapy include skin irritation at the IV insertion site, a warm or flushing sensation, and/or a strong vitamin taste in your mouth shortly after treatment.

How often should I receive IV hydration treatments?

Depending on your symptoms or desired results, your provider may recommend weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly treatments.
